Step 2: Purchase a table.

IMPORTANT VENDOR TABLE REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 
Please be sure to return the agreement with your payment. Agreements can be returned either by EMAIL OR FAX ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM BY MAIL. Your table will not be guaranteed until we receive both items! Please note that if we haven't received  both agreement and payment WITHIN 24 HOURS we reserve the right to sell the table to someone else. You will also incur a $50 processing fee. $100 will be returned to you at the time the table is sold. 

We will send all vendor table notifications by email from literarylyspeaking@yahoo.com within 24 hours for any missing items and also to verify that we received your agreement and fee. If we received all items we will then request your headshot for the website. Please be sure to have our email address saved into your contact list. NO FURTHER NOTICE WITH BE GIVEN. 

How to secure a table:

  • Sign a Author/Vendor table agreement
  • Pay the vendor fee.

YOU MUST SUBMIT THE VENDOR TABLE AGREEMENT ALONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION PLACED ON THE WEBSITE.
CANCELLATION NOTICE:
Vendor table fees are non-refundable!

Tables are not transferable for upcoming conferences, not even at a discount. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not compensate anyone by placing ads into the souvenir program in print or the digital version if you're unable to appear. (Unless you have to purchased an ad)

Tables can be transferred to another author for the same year. REQUEST AN AGREEMENT for details. 

Benefits of becoming an appearing author or vendor:

  • Reach literary fans in the Midwest
  • Have your picture and website information listed on our website once we receive your full registration fee and contract until after 2012's FIBLC.
  • Headshot, name and website information placed in 2012's souvenir program, which is also available for 1 year on our website and downloadable.
  • Vendor tables will be placed inside of the ballroom. Breaks will be placed in between the panel discussions and author breakout sessions to allow participants to visit the tables.

Author/Vendor Table Include:

  • One-half 8 ft table with one chair with table cloth (only two authors at each table. No assistants please. NO BIG TABLE TOP/STANDING SIGNS OR BANNERS ALLOWED)
  • Table set up on Saturday ONLY. 
  • OPTIONAL/LIMITED TABLE SET UP FOR FRIDAY: Legacy Books & Cafe Poetry Night. SPACE IS LIMITED and will be assigned to authors only by the date the author pay their registration fee AND return their vendor contract. Tables will be smaller. NO SIGNS, BANNERS ETC. ALLOWED. Friday's table set up is a courtesy and NOT GUARANTEED as a part of the vendor agreement. Only Fall Into Books Literary Conference Appearing authors will be considered for Friday night's signing.  Secure your table ASAP.) 
  • Profile picture, name and website information listed in Souvenir Program
  • Appearing author presentation during Fall Into Books on Saturday (3-5 min ONLY. NOTICE: we will cut you off after 5 minutes in order to stay on track.)
